GloPro $500 Earnings Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

The GloPro $500 Earnings Guarantee (hereinafter “Guarantee”) is offered exclusively to verified purchasers of the GloPro Spray Tan Certification and Business Development Program (hereinafter “Program”). This Guarantee applies only to participants who meet all qualifying conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility Period

To be eligible, the participant must:

a) Complete the Program in full.

b) Launch their sunless tanning business within sixty (60) calendar days of Program completion.

c) Operate said business for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive calendar days (hereinafter “Launch Period”).

2. Launch Requirements

Participant must complete the following steps prior to, and maintain throughout, the Launch Period:

2.1 Business Formation & Licensing

  • Legally register a business entity (LLC, sole proprietorship, or corporation) in their state or country of operation.

  • File and obtain a Doing Business As (DBA) registration if operating under a trade name.

  • Apply for and obtain all required local, state, and/or federal business licenses.

  • Register for and obtain a sales tax permit or equivalent, if applicable in the participant’s jurisdiction.

2.2 Insurance & Financial Setup

  • Secure an active general liability insurance policy covering spray tanning services.

  • Open and maintain a dedicated business bank account in the legal business name.

2.3 Branding & Marketing Readiness

  • Develop a professional logo and/or brand identity for the business.

  • Produce at least one marketing material (digital or print) such as flyers, brochures, business cards, or branded social media graphics.

  • Establish and maintain at least one active, public business social media account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or equivalent) displaying the business name, services, and contact information.

2.4 Equipment & Product Readiness

  • Acquire and maintain professional-grade spray tanning equipment.

  • Maintain an adequate supply of spray tanning solution and related products necessary to serve paying clients.

2.5 Public Launch Requirements

  • Announce the official business launch via social media, website, or email to potential clients.

  • Publish a minimum of ten (10) business-related posts during the Launch Period, including but not limited to service offerings, before-and-after results, or promotional announcements.

  • Offer services to the public for a stated fee; free or unpaid services alone shall not qualify.

2.6 Operational Requirements

  • Actively market the business during the Launch Period, evidenced by at least three (3) distinct public promotions or advertisements.

  • Utilize a booking system, whether online or manual, to schedule clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of all appointments, client interactions, and revenue for the Launch Period.

3. Proof of Earnings

To claim the Guarantee, the participant must:

  • Submit a written request within fifteen (15) calendar days following the conclusion of the Launch Period.

  • Provide verifiable proof of business income for the Launch Period, including but not limited to bank statements, payment processor reports, or signed client invoices.

  • Provide evidence of marketing activity and client engagement during the Launch Period, including but not limited to social media screenshots, advertisements, or booking confirmations.

4. Disqualification

Failure to meet any of the above conditions shall result in immediate forfeiture of eligibility for the Guarantee. Incomplete documentation, unverifiable records, or misrepresentation of business activities will void the Guarantee.

5. Payout Terms

Upon successful verification of all conditions, and confirmation that the participant’s business generated less than $500 in gross revenue during the Launch Period, GloPro shall issue a one-time payment of $500 USD. Payment will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of approval.

6. Final Determination

GloPro reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine eligibility, verify documentation, and interpret these Terms & Conditions. All decisions are final.
